Items purchased from spell Boutique are eligible for returns within first 15 days of delivery. 15-day return policy begins when product is received. Shipping costs on original order are non-refundable (even if free shipping coupon was used at moment of purchase)

Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase.
Returns after 15 days from date of delivery will not be accepted. For all returns, a 20% restocking fee will be issued.
Pre-Orders are eligible for a return, refund or exchange after the product has been received.
Several types of purchases are final sale
- Clearance items– “Clearance” items are products that have been reduced in price without a coupon or current sale. Clearance items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
- International orders– Any order made outside of the United States will not be eligible for a return or exchange. International orders may qualify for a refund on product price only if order was a result of our error. International refunds will be considered in a case by case basis.
Preorders are products that we do not currently have in stock and will be released at a future date. If you purchase a preorder item, you will be charged at time of purchase.
For all cancellations, there is a 20% cancellation fee. We're able to waive the fee if the customer decides to complete an exchange or accept a gift card instead. We are not held responsible for shipping delays that are beyond our control.
REQUEST RETURN LABEL
To initiate your return, contact us and provide us with your order number and account information. You have the option to send yourself or request a return label. Please note, if using our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once you receive your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return label and attach it to your package. To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you wish to start refund for your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, items you wish to return and reason for return.
A team member from Spell Boutique will contact you with further instructions. We require a proof of purchase and a reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and/or stuffing attached. Items not in this condition may not be accepted. We may charge up to a 50% restocking fee if the item has been worn, washed, damaged, used, missing tags and stuffing.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note shipping charges are nonrefundable and is at the customer’s expense. If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-30 business days for refund to be reflected in your account.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (IF APPLICABLE)
If your product has been damaged from the factory or if the product is defective, we will gladly replace the item if Spell Boutique has the product in stock. An order # is required for all exchanges. For damaged/defective product, we can provide a replacement if we receive your item back within 15 days of the customer receiving the damaged/defective product.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Spell Boutique cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking systems show that the package was delivered. Spell Boutique is not responsible damaged packages. Packages are shipped with care from our warehouse, but we understand that not all carriers have the same level care for packages. However, if your package was lost, stolen or damanged we can help you file a claim with the carrier to report your lost shipment.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items purchased from Spell Boutique are eligible for exchanges within first 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note Canadian customers may be subject to an Canadian Import Tax at moment of accepting the package. This tax is decided by Canada and may be up to 40% of your order total. Unaccepted packages are subject to refund minus the shipping expense.
Pre-Orders are products that we do not currently have in stock and will be released at a future date. Pre-Order release dates are subject to change. If your address has changed in the time from ordering to release/shipping date, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and new address you wish to add to your order.
Pre-Order purchases are non-refundable while they are still considered a Pre-Order. In the case you wish to cancel a Pre-Order, we will issue in-store credit to use on a future purchase. In store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used on anything in the store including Pre-Orders and In-Stock items.
