Pre-Order Policy

Please note that due to COVID and current Shipping crisis, arrivals dates are experiencing delays therefore changing constantly. We will be updating products arrivals on our preorder page to reflect changes if they occur. 

Pre-Orders are products that we do not currently have in stock and will be released at a future date. If you purchase a Pre-Order item, you will be charged at time of purchase.

Pre-Ordering does not guarantee receiving the items before other retailers. Pre-Order items will be shipped within 24 hours after arriving at our warehouse. Please note that some items arrive before others. 

For our US customers: Pre-Orders will be fulfilled as they come into our warehouse, regardless of how many packages it takes. Please note that if you used a free shipping coupon with your order, your packages may be held to ship all together. 

For Canada International customers: Pre-Orders will be fulfilled when all items on your order is in stock. We recommend making smaller orders with similar drop dates for faster shipping. Please note Canadian customers may be subject to a Canadian Import Tax at moment of accepting the package. This tax is decided by Canada and may be up to 40% of your order total. Unaccepted packages are subject to refund minus the shipping expense. 

Pre-Orders are eligible for a return, refund or exchange after the product has been received, shipping on retuned items is the customers’ responsibility. 15-day return window begins when product is received.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-Order purchases are non-refundable while they are still considered a Pre-Order. In the case you wish to cancel a Pre-Order, we will issue in-store credit to use on a future purchase. In store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used on anything in the store including Pre-Orders and In-Stock items.
